Throughout their careers, they have contributed to a wide range of significant matters, including political and public administration cases heard before the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court’s Criminal Division for Persons Holding Political Positions, the Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct Cases, as well as investigative proceedings conducted by the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC). Their experience further extends to administrative cases at both the Central and Supreme Administrative Courts, as well as civil and criminal litigation before all levels of the Courts of Justice.
Additionally, both have played key roles in large-scale corporate fraud investigations involving complex organizational structures and substantial financial implications—requiring systematic fact analysis and professional coordination with external agencies.

Mon-anun Ruengcharus began his legal career in 1984 at Bangkok International Law Office (BILO), which was one of Thailand’s leading law firms at the time. In 2016, he founded MR Legal Consultancy (MRLC) with a vision to deliver high-standard legal services. Theerapol Papalar began his legal career in 1990 at Shinawatra Computer & Communications Co., Ltd. (later renamed Shin Corporation Public Company Limited and subsequently Intouch Holdings Public Company Limited). He was entrusted with corporate legal work, including company registration, management of legal documentation, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and providing legal advisory services to support the company during a period of rapid growth in Thailand’s telecommunications industry.
He later joined Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS), where he oversaw both corporate legal affairs and contractual matters for more than 40 affiliated companies. In addition, he served as In-House Counsel, responsible for managing litigation, representing the company in court, and conducting negotiations to resolve commercial disputes.

ประณต ขอพูนเฉลา เริ่มต้นเส้นทางในสายวิชาชีพกฎหมายเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2549 ในตำแหน่งทนายความประจำ บริษัท สำนักงานกฎหมาย คนึง แอนด์ พาร์ทเนอร์ส จำกัด ซึ่งนับเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นสำคัญของการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาทักษะในงานอรรถคดีและการว่าความ เนื่องจากสำนักงานแห่งนี้ก่อตั้งโดย ศาสตราจารย์คนึง ฦๅไชย ปรมาจารย์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในวงการกฎหมายไทย โดยมีหุ้นส่วนและที่ปรึกษาหลายท่านเป็นอดีตผู้พิพากษาและอดีตพนักงานอัยการระดับสูง ทำให้ประณตได้มีโอกาสศึกษาวิธีคิดและแนวทางการทำงานอย่างลึกซึ้ง ได้รับการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาชีพอย่างเข้มข้น และฝึกฝนในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เน้นความละเอียด รอบคอบ และยึดมั่นในจรรยาบรรณของทนายความ
ตลอดช่วงเวลากว่าทศวรรษในสำนักงานกฎหมายคนึง แอนด์ พาร์ทเนอร์ส ประณตได้สั่งสมประสบการณ์ในคดีสำคัญหลากหลายประเภท ทั้งคดีแพ่ง คดีอาญา และคดีทางธุรกิจ ซึ่งหลายคดีมีลักษณะซับซ้อนและมีผลกระทบในวงกว้างทั้งในเชิงเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ความมุ่งมั่นและความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน ทำให้ได้รับความไว้วางใจให้มีส่วนร่วมในคดีสำคัญอย่างต่อเนื่อง

ต่อมาในปี พ.ศ. 2567 ด้วยความเชื่อมั่นในแนวคิดและอุดมการณ์เดียวกันในการสร้างสำนักงานกฎหมายที่มีความครบวงจรและยกระดับมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ มนต์อนันต์ เรืองจรัส อดีตกรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท สำนักงานกฎหมาย คนึง แอนด์ พาร์ทเนอร์ส จำกัด จึงได้ชักชวนประณตให้เข้าร่วมเป็นหนึ่งในผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งสำนักงานกฎหมาย เอ็มอาร์ แอนด์ พาร์ทเนอร์ส จำกัด (MRP) ร่วมกับหุ้นส่วนอีก 4 คน เพื่อรวมพลังแห่งประสบการณ์ ความเชี่ยวชาญ และความหลากหลายทางกฎหมาย สร้างสรรค์สำนักงานที่ให้บริการทางกฎหมายได้อย่างครบเครื่อง ครอบคลุมทุกมิติ และตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกความทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชนอย่างแท้จริง ประณตถือเป็นหนึ่งในเสาหลักของ MRP ที่ร่วมผลักดันให้สำนักงานกฎหมายแห่งนี้เติบโตอย่างมั่นคงภายใต้ปณิธานที่ตั้งไว้
